Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F)
  2. In a mixing bowl whisk together the dry ingredients
  3. Add Wet Ingredients to the dry ingredients and xix well
  4. Prepare a casserole dish with cooking or baking spray and pour the corn casserole mixture into the dish
  5. Bake for 55 - 60 minutes or until set. The top should be golden brown
  6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
