  1. Cook the pasta according to the packaging instruction until al dente. Drain and rinse well under cold running water
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, add 2 cups of the cream, and the lemon juice. Add the butter and cook, stirring occasionally, until the butter melts. Reduce the heat to low and add the pasta and toss well. Add the remaining ½ cup of cream and the parmesan. Add the lemon zest and nutmeg and season to taste with the salt and pepper. Toss until the sauce thickens. Serve hot. Enjoy!
