Lamb Chops Recipe

This quick and easy lamb chops recipe is ideal for lunch or dinner when your time is limited. We all know that feeling of getting home late and not being sure what to prepare for dinner. A quick stop to the supermarket after work and less than half an hour later and you're all set. This lamb chops recipe is also the ideal quick lunch snack.

My husband and I have a tradition of preparing this lamb chop recipe on some of the evenings when we run or go to the gym. It is so quick and easy to prepare after a good workout session and requires little effort.

What also makes this recipe unique is the addition of the almond couscous we eat on the side. Seeing we return home from a strenuous exercise session, it is time to give back what you took.

Couscous is healthy and contains mostly carbohydrates as it's made from semolina, but it also contains quite good levels of protein and fiber with very little fat and no salt. Nutritionally, couscous contains some calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc, as well as some of the B vitamins and vitamin E.

Besides this, couscous is also quick and easy to prepare. Now you can see why this lamb chops recipe is also a healthy option. Combine the lamb chops with the couscous and you have a winner.

We also added a little bit of Marmite to the recipe. Marmite is packed with vitamins and minerals.

We hope you enjoy this recipe.
