Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C
- Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy and the sugar is fully incorporated
- Add the remainder of the ingredients, little by little of the flour at a time, to make a soft dough
- Roll the cookie doll out, or pipe through biscuit nozzles, in balls, tablespoon-sized, and press down with a fork to make grooves in the top
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then serve. Eds note: After cooling, you can also decorate the biscuits with 100's&1000's or dip halves of the cookies in a warm chocolate sauce.
