Onion Marmalade Recipe

I cannot find the word to describe this quick and easy onion marmalade recipe. It goes well with scones, melba toast, and even as a condiment to this lamb burgers recipe. My wife says this onion marmalade goes with anything. I have even used it in marinades, as a test, and the results were surprisingly delicious.

There are many popular marmalades available and I would say orange marmalade is the most famous, but for all good reasons, I prefer this onion marmalade. it is a great companion to many dishes and tastes great. Marmelade is an acquired taste. It is something you need to get used to, like beer. It only gets better over time and with time.

What is also great about this onion marmalade recipe, is once stored in a sterilized jar, and refrigerated it can last for a year.

Most people will agree, homemade marmalade tastes better than commercial marmalades. There are few things better than tasting your own recipes and handword. You can also bottle and label this marmelade and hand it out as gifts over special occasions, like Christmas or even birthdays.

We hope you will enjoy our marmalade recipe. If you have tried our marmelade recipe, please let us know what you thought of it.

Thanks, and enjoy!
