Pork Fillet Recipe

This quick and easy pork fillet recipe is the perfect Thanksgiving and Christmas companion. It is one of several dishes we serve on special occasions. It is the ultimate favourite on the table for the children.

For some unknown reason, they like this pork fillet more than the gammon or the oven-roasted turkey. If I could guess why this roast pork fillet recipe is so popular I would say it has to do with the taste and the meat being so tender.

We stuck to the very basic ingredients for preparing this pork fillet recipe. The secret to the great taste lies in this apple sauce recipe. The apple sauce complements the pork fille well and gives it a slightly sweeter taste. Another reason why I think children love it so much.

What also makes this roast pork fille recipe great is how quick it is to prepare. Most oven-roasted meat dishes take a while to bake or grill in the oven. This roast pork fille only bakes in the oven for about 30 minutes. Giving you enough time to prepare other meals or finish the apple sauce, or even do the roasted vegetables at the same time.

Another advantage of this pork fillet recipe is that you can use the leftover meat and create pulled pork. Excellent choice for a delicious pulled pork hamburger or sandwich

We are happy you are here and hope you will enjoy this roast pork recipe. Please tell us what you think if you have tried this recipe.

Thank you and happy cooking,
