Directions

  1. Coat the pork in the seasoned flour and coat well. Shake off excess flour
  2. Heat half the vegetable oil in a frying pan and brown the pork cubes. Remove from the pan and set the pork aside
  3. Heat the remaining vegetable oil and fry the onions until soft. Add the chicken stock, potatoes and mustard, and 180 ml water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes
  4. Add the apples and simmer for another 10 minutes, adding a little more water if necessary. Season to taste
  5. Add the fried pork cubes and simmer for a few 3 more minutes. Remove and serve straight away.
