This quick and easy toffee apple recipe has great childhood memories. Toffee apples are burned into my memory in the same way as I clearly remember my first visit to the dentists. I am not sure why I couple the same memories, but I am sure they are not related in any way.
My highlight of every year was the town fare. It was a recurring event that happened during October of every year. The entrance fee was cheap, leaving enough money for spending on delights. Toffee apples were one of the delights I always looked forward to.
Years later I found a toffee apple recipe that I can use to relive the memories of the great town fare in my hometown. I am only too happy to share this recipe with other people so that they can relive the same childhood memories, or even better, earn a small income from selling toffee apples at special events.
