Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts in the flour and shake off any excell flour.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of the butter and wait until it sizzles. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browne on all sides.
  4. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and toss generously with the mustats. Add the onion ahd the remaining 1 tablespoob butter to the skillet and cook until the onions are soft and glossy.
  5. Add the mushrooms and cook until soft, about 2 minutes. Blend in the heavy cream and cook until combined and heated through.
  6. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Tranfer the chicken to a pallter. Blend the lemon juice into the creamy mushroom sauce.
  8. Pour the sauce over the chicken and season with the chopped parsley.
  9. Serve with cooked rice.
