This quick and easy wiener schnitzel recipe is one of my favourite recipes to prepare. The name itself makes my mouth water and the finished golden brown schnitzels look amazing when served with side dishes and garnished with lemons.

Wiener schnitzel, or Wienerschnitzel, as referred to in Switzerland, is a famous and popular Viennese dish. Veal cutlets, prepared in breadcrumbs and fried to golden brown deliciousness in a pan. Do not be put off by the name, the dish is surprisingly easy to prepare and only takes a few minutes.
